TCL are delighted to have received instructions for the Contract Administration role overseeing the cyclical external decoration and maintenance programme for a block of residential flats situated within a stones throw from the office. We are tasked to have the work competitively tendered and then complete on site before the winter kicks in at the end of 2018.

Another property situated extremely close to our SE1 offices, TCL were pleased to gain instructions both for an initial full building (pre-acquisition) survey and then subsequent Contract Administration role to oversee an internal re-configuration and full refurbishment of this residential property. At the time of writing the project is on site with the appointed contractor making good progress towards a target completion of late August 2018.

TCL Chartered Surveyors were appointed as CA for this high quality project in the Clapham Common area. The works include a full depth basement extension to incorporate a home spa facility with swimming pool. The project completed in November 2016.

TCL were appointed as CA to oversee the re-roofing, external refurbishment and general maintenance of a large residential property in Wandsworth. The project completed during the latter stages of 2015.
