TCL were instructed by the Landlord of a converted former dwelling house located on the desirable Warrington Crescent in Maida Vale to report on and oversee proposed alterations to the lower ground floor apartment within the building. Once the lessee’s proposed design was agreed, TCL assisted the Landlord’s appointed solicitors in drafting a formal Licence for Alteration document for appending to the lease. TCL’s initial report and continued advice enabled the entire process to run through from conception to completion providing the Landlord with the necessary assurances the work would not be detrimental to the main building and would conform to Planning, Conservation Area and Building Control requirements.
