Desmond joined TCL in 2011 after leaving his previous firm in the City as an Associate Director. Having spent nearly 10 years at the Chartered Surveying practice, Desmond brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to TCL to continue the company’s growth in the residential and commercial markets.
Arriving from a multi-disciplined background, Desmond is experienced in all Building Consultancy related matters.
Desmond has over 13 years of experience and is able to provide specialist advice on a variety of services including Contract Administration, Licence for Alteration, Party Wall, Dilapidations, Building Pathology, and Planned Preventative Maintenance.
