What’s Assessed

By assessing the construction of the property, we can offer an all-encompassing report on both the interior and exterior of the property.

Commenting on the external grounds, outbuildings and boundary walls, we also ensure that we pay close attention to the most costly and disruptive of building defects: dampness, timber decay and signs of structural movement.

We will also provide a review of any potential lease agreement, in order to ascertain and advise on key issues, such as repairing and reinstatement obligations, etc.

  • Inform you of any structural elements that may need attention in the future.

Due to the extensive detail provided within our building survey reports, TCL’s surveyors typically spend a minimum of four and a half hours on site when surveying an average sized property.
