TCL undertook the role of the Building Owner Party Wall Surveyor for a full refurbishment and rear extension project on Cambridge Street SW1. The structural nature of the works together with the sub-divided adjoining properties required the serving of Party Wall Notices and publishing of subsequent Party Wall Awards for the multiple leasehold and freehold owners of adjoining properties.
