Full Building Survey Leading on to Contract Administration and Party Wall Services

This is another example of a project whereby a combined Contract Administration and Party Wall instruction followed an initial successful appointment to undertake a full Building Survey of a residential property in SE17. At the time of writing TCL are nearing completion of the tender stage covering the construction of a single storey rear extension and full internal refurbishment. The next step will be to confirm appointment of the preferred contractor so that the site based work can start ASAP and carry through to completion within around 18 weeks.
