After initially carrying out a full Residential Building Survey back in 2016 the Client subsequently instructed TCL to undertake Contract Administration and Party Wall Surveyor services to specify, tender and oversee their proposed internal reconfiguration and full refurbishment of the mid-terrace four storey traditional Victorian house. The works involved complex temporary structural supports to facilitate the layout alterations and finishing to an extremely high standard. Programme duration = 30 weeks, completed in December 2018. Project value £400k.
